    How Leaders Model Behaviour Effectively?

Leaders visit their perceptual map of their reality and clarify their values. They find their voice and express their values to everyone in their social space.

They must believe in those values they represent. Their values must not be their principles. They must represent what the society requires!

They must set the example no matter how eloquent their speech is. And follow it with actions that reflect their expressed values.

Their thinking, deeds and words must be consistent with measures that prove commitment to their beliefs.

Relentless effort, steadfastness, confidence and attention to detail distinguish the best leaders.

    Social Intelligence for True Mastery?

The obstacle to our pursuit of learning to do things come from the emotional drain we experience. From the resistance and manipulations of the people around us.

Our minds become absorbed in endless political interests and battles. The problem we face is our naïve tendency to project onto people our emotional needs and desires of the moment.

We misread their intentions and react in ways that cause confusion or conflict. Social intelligence is the ability to see people as realistic as possible.

Escaping from our usual self-absorption, we can learn to focus on others. By doing this, we read their behaviour at the moment. We see what motivates them, and we discern any possible manipulative tendencies.

Navigating the social environment, we have more time and energy to focus on learning. The success attained without this intelligence is not true mastery and will not last.

It suits people whose lives are just fine but who might wonder if they could be better. It suits people who have a particular challenge in front of them that they have tried and failed to handled in the past or that they just don’t know how to approach. Ultimately I have written this workshop for all of us who need help motivating ourselves so that we can stay on track and move ahead. –Nicos Paschali–

    Break Out Of Old Mindsets!

In a changing world, you can either drive change or become a victim of it. It depends on how good you are at harnessing your own and others’ creativity. Those who can do it well end up changing their industries—or even the world. Those whom other people’s creative tidal waves cannot overtake.

What’s the number one block to creativity?

People’s tendency to get stuck in old beliefs and assumptions—what we call mental “boxes.” Getting stuck in an old mental box is easy because it’s comfortable. It puts you into a false sense of confidence. You believe that what has worked in the past will continue to work in the future. However, it will not, because change is inevitable.

The goal of our workshop “Managing Today and Leading Tomorrow” is to help you break those patterns. It helps you challenge your thinking.

Break free to discover new ways of seeing the world. Moreover, take advantage of the opportunities you might create.
