New Demands, Insufficient Resources.

 

What gets me out of bed every morning? I dedicate the first two hours to myself for self-development.

The capability to get more out of people that they knew they had to give, fascinates me.

Especially when I am working with individuals one-on-one or groups.

I am convinced that the biggest leadership challenge of our times it’s not enough resources. But rather our inability to access the most valuable resources at our disposal.

My observation over the years people in organisations are “overworked and under-utilised”.

Organisations must develop skills and better access to the intelligence and potential of people. Thus, they will create more enjoyable places to work and outperform their competitors.
