    Connecting…

To be effective as a leader, you must do more than communicate. You must connect. Whether it is in the context of a one-on-one encounter, a small group discussion, or making a speech before an audience of thousands, the best leaders connect with people—in a way that touches their heart and leaves them transformed in some way.

    Developing right brain facilitation skills.

Creative, out of the box thinking methods are the hallmark of all great entrepreneurs. Steps to constructing a great checklist.

    1. Constrain the Length – keep it to between five and nine items, completable in 90 seconds.
    2. Use Appropriate Language – simple, clear and exact.
    3. Define a Clear Pause Point – define when should the checklist be used and by whom.
    4. Apply Visual Design Standards – it must be easily read and understood.
    5. Test and Revise – keep testing until the checklist works consistently.

Use these steps to create simple, well-crafted checklists that proactively eliminate mistakes.

    More on happiness.

Lasting happiness cannot be found in persuit of any goal or achievement. It does not reside in fortune or fame. It resides only in the human mind and heart, and it is here that we hope we will find it.
