The Art of Discovering the Right Question!

“If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend the first 55 minutes determining the proper question to ask, for once I know the proper question, I could solve the problem in less than five minutes.”

The usefulness of the knowledge we acquire and the effectiveness of the actions we take depend on the quality of the questions we ask. Questions open the door to dialogue and discovery. They are an invitation to creativity and breakthrough thinking. Questions can lead to movement and action on key issues; by generating creative insights, they can ignite change.

A powerful creative  question: • generates curiosity in the listener • stimulates reflective conversation • is thought-provoking • surfaces underlying assumptions • invites creativity and new possibilities • generates energy and forward movement • channels attention and focuses inquiry • stays with participants • touches a deep meaning • evokes more questions.

A powerful question also has the capacity to “travel well”—to spread beyond the place where it began into larger networks of conversation throughout an organisation or a community.

Spend 90 mins with us, live online, and we will teach you how to ask powerfull questions!

Usefull for probing, influencing, closing, teaching, facilitating, coaching and interviwing.

    Integrity:Values in action

To truly be ourselves and put our core values into action in every moment of every day may seem like a goal beyond our reach. Yes, it’s nor easy. It’s hard.

The great person who stands out is the one who’s so committed to his values that he is prepared to pay the price for authenticity.

So, I’ll now invite you to play in your mind and think this question. Who are you when no one is watching?

Are you willing to pay the price of authenticity or would you rather take the easy way out and join the crowd who playing fast and loose with their values? Your choice to become a leader and stand out in the crowd and steer your life and those you love according to those inner values that you know are true for you!

If we look to those leaders who we respect the most, they are very often people who risk much for what they believe.

Self-doubt can be crippling for many of us. It can make us feel powerless and weak, and it’s often worse just when we need to be strong and assertive. When the pressure is on, anxiety can reinforce our negative beliefs. We convince ourselves we won’t succeed, so we’re less likely to do so. If we can access our own personal power, we can find the strength and confidence to overcome these obstacles and begin to take control of our lives. #NPx

High performance and engagement practices. Specific practices can deliver enhanced employee and organisational outcomes. There is no agreement about precisely what practices are most important, but there is a consensus that the practices required must provide employees with three things: 1. The ability to work effectively. 2. The motivation to work effectively. 3. The opportunity to work effectively
